Dear Ms. Geiger - The Port of Oakland does not have any citizen positions on the Port's governing Board or any subcommittees, but there are non-Board committees/task forces/etc. that may provide a good example.  We'll require additional time to dig for potentially responsive documents and are extending the due date accordingly.  Thank you.

It is possible, that this is just a citizen position on the Port Authority's board, rather than a whole advisory committee.  We would be looking for documents on the authorizing language for that position.

Thank you Ms. Geiger for the recent call.  We understand you are searching for information relating to documents for a citizen's advisory committee/commission for the seaport specifically.  We will dig further and get back to you.
