Dear Mr. Schaff:

We've released all documents relating to your first request relating to the railroad crossing at Clay Street.  The Port does not own or control any part of the roadway or railroad infrastructure in this area.  The released documents relate to a project in the early 2000s in which the Port provided some State grant funding for a crossing improvement project performed by Union Pacific Railroad and the City of Oakland.

Regarding your second request, we've released the only readily available responsive document at this time: building plans for the Washington Street garage that contain a reference to the pedestrian bridge.  We're continuing to search for additional documents that may exist and are extending the due date in the meantime.  Thank you.
