Dear Mr. Katz-Lacabe:

 

We have released all documents responsive to your request.  As discussed on our recent call, we’ve confirmed that there were no other or separate purchases of FLIR cameras or other video cameras similar to those attached to the ARFFs, as you had requested.  Thank you again for your request.

 

Request for Cure & Correction: We hope this response is satisfactory to you.  If you believe the Port has failed to comply with the Public Records Act, you may submit a written Request for Cure and Correction to the Secretary of the Board.  This Request must be filed within 90 days of the alleged noncompliance.  The Office of the Port Attorney will investigate all Requests and respond within 30 days.  For further information, please refer to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section on the Port's Public Records webpage.

We’ve released the initial batch of documents currently available that relates to the purchase of the two Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicles.  With respect to the released purchase order, please note that it was for internal purposes only since a separate contract already governed the purchase.

 

We will require additional time to locate other documents that may be available and responsive to your request.  We are updating the due date accordingly and will keep you updated.  Thank you.
