I am writing on behalf of our client, Bertram Windsor, who has retained us to represent him in a personal injury matter in which he was involved in a car accident that occurred in the Port of Oakland on January 28, 2016 at approximately 2:00pm. We have performed a diligent search of our records and, unfortunately, were not able to locate any responsive photos or footage from that time period.  Thank you for your request.

 

Request for Cure & Correction: We hope this response is satisfactory to you.  If you believe the Port has failed to comply with the Public Records Act, you may submit a written Request for Cure and Correction to the Secretary of the Board.  This Request must be filed within 90 days of the alleged noncompliance.  The Office of the Port Attorney will investigate all Requests and respond within 30 days.  For further information, please refer to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section on the Port's Public Records webpage.

Dear Ms. Silva:  Thank you for your request.  Could you clarify approximately where the accident took place and a description of the vehicle(s) involved?  Note: the Port of Oakland manages the seaport, airport, and an array of commercial real estate properties, so more detail would help us with our search.  Thank you.
